Book-talk at the James Connolly Social Club, Saturday, January 7th at 5:00pm. Author & activist Benjamin Case will be discussing his groundbreaking new book Street Rebellion: Resistance Beyond Violence and Nonviolence (AK Press 2022 https://www.akpress.org/street-rebellion.html). Case is a Pittsburgh based organizer, educator and writer. He is a researcher at the Center for Work & Democracy and a fellow w/the Resistance Studies Initiative.
The talk is free and open to the public, refreshments will be served. To be followed by a reception for JCSC members & guests with bar service.
Patrick’s work has been published internationally, including on the front pages of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal. He lives in downtown Albany.
