The featured lecturer will be University at Albany History Professor David Hochfelder, also of 98 Acres. In addition to the lecture, the event will include a panel discussion moderated by the NYS Writers Institute Executive Director Paul Grondahl, former NYS Assemblymember Jack McEneny, Scott Townsend of the Albany Riverfront Collaborative, and Kevin Hicks, a construction worker from the project.
